January 29th 2010 Dear BWO friens, we are really sorry for this very long period without any informations about our Swedish heroes BWO ! It's from the fact the band is making a break at the moment. Martin became a dad, Marina is working for her art galery and planning a reformation of her very first synth band called PAGE and as we all know Alexander is preparing the venue of his new electro-rock band called Gravitonas !

In the latest news around BWO we can tell you the final single released from the Big Science album is "Kings Of Tomorrow", it's already released on Scandinavian I-Tunes.

US is also preparing the release of Right Here Right Now featuring new Club remixes made by the famous DJ Ralphi Rosario (who remixed Girls Aloud, Pet Shop Boys, Donna Summer, Madonna, Justin Timberlake and many others). You can listen to those remixes (radio mix / club / dub) on this website.

This is all you can tell you about BWO for the moment. We think your favourite website Electronordica won't be updated as often as before during the band break.

Finally we can announce you that Alexander will be a front figure of Gravitonas together with Andreas Öhrn. Both will be the visible part of Gravitonas and will feature the single and album sleeves, but Gravitonas is a proper "rock" band with other musicians in it ! More news to come later this year !

October 26th BWO is planning a 4th single release taken from the Big Science album. This time the choice will be the big ballad Kings Of Tomorrow. The new digital EP featuring both ballad and disco version will be released somewhere in December ! We don't know at this time if a video will be shot for this song. And no new remixes are planned initialy.

In the other news, UK single Right Here Right Now will enter the BBC Radio 2 Airplay on Thursday ! Let's cross fingers they'll add it on BBC Radio 1 later !

October 5th After a long wait, BWO latest album "BIG SCIENCE" is finally released in UK ! You can buy it physically on
HMV and Amazon.co.uk for the unique price of £7,99.
The album is of course available as digital downloads on I-Tunes and 7Digital too ! Be a lot to support BWO in UK ! Thank you to all the UK fans !!

In the other news, BWO's new single Rise To The Occasion enterred at number 16 in the Mix Megapol Topp 20 (on of the most famous Swedish radio station) and Right Here Right Now is number 9 on Svensktoppen (the most important Swedish single chart) !

September 14th Good news ! the Rise To The Occasion EP is now available on Scandinavian I-Tunes ! It will only be available as digital release this time ! Be a lot to legally download it !

EXLUSIVE NEWS ! WORLDWIDE PREMIERE
After Army Of Lovers, after Vacuum, after Alcazar and after Bodies Without Organs (BWO)... Alexander Bard is working on a new 2010 band !

We are the first to announce it in the world, Alexander Bard is working on a new band that will be called Gravitonas ! The sound of this new band will be electro/rock, darker and deeper than the previous Alexander Bard bands. Gravitonas will be fronted by the singer Andreas Öhrn. Alexander is producing the album together with Henrik Wikström, who also co-wrote and co-produced "Love Came Crashing Down" and "Shoot From The Heart" with him for BWO. Everything else about Gravitonas is secret for now.

But BWO fans don't have to be worry cos BWO are stronger and more enthusiastic than ever and they intend to get together and write for the next BWO release after Alexander finished with the Gravitonas debut album next spring. But they are in no hurry as "Big Science" is such a strong album with several more singles to come... So Alexander is still the leader of BWO for a long time!

July 11th The Expressen newspaper broke the news officially today, Martin and Katarina plan to have their first baby this winter, but Martin will certainly not leave BWO. The band plans a clean break next year to prepare for a next album at the earliest in 2011. Marina and Alexander want Martin and Katarina to enjoy this experience at its fullest. Electronordica would like to congratulate the future young parents !

July 4th Right Here Right Now is the highest new entry in the Swedish Dance Chart #18 ! Congratulations !

June 17 UK NEWS BWO is finally back with some news for the UK market. The band picked Right Here Right Now as new single in UK but that's not the most important information here... they will defend this new single with another great pop/dance Swedish act Velvet !!!
Velvet also participated to this year Melodifestivalen with the song the Queen and her album sounds fantastic too. Velvet and BWO re-recorded the RHRN track in a more dance version and we really hope it will be their last attemp to top the UK charts ! The new single will be available in UK on August 31 and the Big Science album will be out on September 14. Listen to an exclusive sample of the new remix : click here

And that's not all, a new video will be made for this new version of Right Here Right Now, let's cross fingers it will be as good as the first videoclip.
